MAX PVC Universal Pipe Boot

Elevate MAX PVC Universal Pipe Flashing is specifically designed for the flashing of round penetrations and fits various penetrations from 1” (25 mm) to 6” (152.4 mm). The Elevate PVC Universal Pipe Flashing must be cut to the correct size before installation.

MAX PVC Split Pipe Boot

Elevate MAX PVC Split Pipe Boots are factory-fabricated flashings made from PVC. The split boot is specifically designed for flashing round penetrations.

Unsupported PVC T-Joint Covers are flexible, circular patches designed to reinforce seam intersections where three layers of membrane meet. Lacking an internal fabric mesh, they are highly malleable and conform easily to the uneven step-off at T-joints.

MAX PVC Metal Pitch Pan

Elevate MAX PVC metal pitch pans provide a watertight seal around rooftop penetrations. Each pan ships with one corner open for installation around existing penetrations.

MAX PVC Vinyl Rib

Elevate MAX PVC vinyl ribs are designed to simulate the look of a standing seam metal roof. Installed after the roofing system, ribs provide a durable and attractive alternative to metal panels. Each rib is extruded PVC. Sections may be joined as needed.

MAX PVC Clad Metal

Elevate MAX PVC clad metal is a sheet of 24-gauge, G90 galvanized steel laminated with a 17-mil PVC film. The PVC surface allows for hot-air welding to MAX PVC membranes when incorporated into roof details.

MAX PVC Safety Strip

Elevate MAX PVC yellow safety stripping is a bright yellow PVC membrane strip used to mark safety warning lines on roofs. Constructed with laminated PVC film and weft-inserted polyester reinforcement.

Reinforced Cover Strip

A flexible PVC sheet with polyester weft-inserted reinforcement, designed for sealing and protecting fastener rows and membrane seams. it meets ASTM D 4434 Type III standards and is heat-weldable for low-slope applications. May be adhered, fastened, or induction welded to substrates.

WHITE ONE PART POURABLE SEALER

White One-Part Pourable Sealer

An easy-to-dispense White One-Part Pourable Sealer, packaged in resealable pouches, designed to seal penetrations inside penetration pockets where allowed by Elevate details. This liquid-applied membrane is suitable for roof flashings on TPO, EPDM, APP, SBS, and BUR roofs. It may be used to fill penetration pockets on PVC roofs (do not apply as a liquid flashing on PVC).

PVC Clear Cut Edge Sealant

Elevate PVC Clear Cut Edge Sealant is an optional treatment used for sealing cut edges of the PVC, PVC KEE and MAX PVC membranes where scrim reinforcement is exposed.

PVC LVOC Bonding Adhesive

Elevate PVC LVOC Bonding Adhesive is a bonding adhesive designed for bonding Elevate PVC, PVC KEE and MAX PVC membranes and flashings to wood, metal, masonry, and other acceptable substrates.

PVC Water Based Bonding Adhesive (WBBA)

Elevate PVC Water Based Bonding Adhesive is designed to adhere Elevate PVC, PVC XR, PVC KEE XR, MAX PVC and MAX PVC XR membranes and flashings to wood, metal, masonry, and other acceptable substrates. Elevate PVC Water Based Bonding Adhesive is not approved for use with Elevate PVC KEE (non-fleece) membrane.

I.S.O Spray R Adhesive

Elevate I.S.O. Spray R Adhesive is a two-component low rise polyurethane adhesive engineered to adhere fleece-backed Elevate PVC XR, PVC KEE XR and MAX PVC membranes to acceptable substrates. Elevate I.S.O. Spray R Adhesive is mixed and dispensed by high or low-pressure pump/proportioning units capable of mix/meter/dispensing two-component polyurethanes in full spray application and/or continuous bead extrusion.

XR Stick Membrane Adhesive

Elevate XR Stick Adhesive is a two-component, low-rise polyurethane adhesive designed to attach Elevate PVC XR, PVC KEE XR and PVC MAX XR fleece-backed roofing membranes to a variety of acceptable substrates as allowed by Elevate specifications. XR Stick (cartridges) can be dispensed using various Elevate approved hand or multi bead electric dispensing units.

Twin Jet

Twin Jet is a pressurized two-component, LVOC, low-rise polyurethane adhesive applied in a bead pattern for the attachment of Elevate-approved roof insulations. It may also be applied in bead or spatter pattern for the attachment of Elevate PVC XR, PVC KEE XR, or UltraPly TPO XR membranes to acceptable horizontal substrates, per Elevate specifications.

Twin Jet Y

Twin Jet Y is a pressurized, two-component, low-VOC, low-rise polyurethane adhesive approved for board-to-board applications and membrane attachment. It can be applied in bead or spatter pattern for the attachment of Elevate-approved roof insulations, as well as UltraPly TPO XR, PVC XR, PVC KEE XR, and MAX PVC XR membranes to acceptable horizontal substrates, in accordance with Elevate specifications. Twin Jet Y features an HFO propellant compliant with all U.S. state and Canadian regulations.

Jet Bond PVC

Elevate Jet Bond PVC is a Low VOC sprayable bonding adhesive designed for portability and ease of-use. It’s a versatile product that requires minimal flash off time. Jet Bond PVC adheres standard Elevate PVC and MAX PVC (non-fleece) membranes to multiple substrates. Jet Bond PVC is not approved for use with Elevate PVC KEE membranes. It’s perfect for contractors who are looking for a more convenient alternative to traditional roll-on applications.
