Elevate’s UltraPly™ TPO SA features factory-applied adhesive that provides uniform adhesion coverage and a faster, less strenuous installation with fewer people. With high reflectivity, TPO supports a building's energy efficiency without sacrificing durability. Seams are heat-welded, and the membrane confidently resists punctures and tears.

Thermoplastic polyolefin is a newer commercial roofing system and continues to gain industry popularity.
