Elevate UltraPly TPO Reinforced Curb Corners are prefabricated curb corners designed for use in the flashing of curbs, eliminating the need for time-consuming field fabrication.

UltraPly TPO Custom Curb Flashings

Custom Curb Flashings are available in four designs for a variety of curb sizes, including four individual corners (4 field welds), two piece curb (2 field welds), one piece split (1 field weld) and one piece (no field welds). Available in either 45- or 60-mil reinforced UltraPly TPO, the Custom Curb Flashings eliminate labor costs associated with field forming curb flashings. Custom Curb Flashings are availabile in white, tan or gray.

UltraPly TPO Penetration Pocket Kit

The Elevate UltraPly TPO Penetration Pocket Kit is designed for use with Elevate UltraPly TPO systems to seal around odd-shaped penetrations or a small cluster of penetrations.

UltraPly TPO Unsupported Flashing

Elevate UltraPly TPO Unsupported Flashing is a non-reinforced, thermoplastic polyolefin membrane used in roofing applications where Elevate pre-formed TPO accessory products are not appropriate.

UltraPly TPO T-Joint Cover

Made from flexible, non-reinforced, thermoplastic polyolefin membranes, they are designed to cover and seal T-joints formed at seam intersections and at angle changes of 1:12 or greater for UltraPly TPO membranes.

UltraPly TPO QuickSeam Flashing

UltraPly TPO QuickSeam Flashing is an unsupported (non-reinforced) TPO membrane factory laminated to white seam tape. UltraPly TPO QuickSeam Flashing is used to flash gravel stops and other flashing applications.

UltraPly TPO Universal Pipe Boot

The UltraPly TPO Universal Pipe Boot is specifically designed for the flashing of round penetrations on TPO installations. The UltraPly TPO Universal Pipe Boot fits various penetrations and must be cut to correct size before installation.

UltraPly TPO Large Pipe Boot

Elevate UltraPly TPO Large Pipe Flashings are specifically designed for flashing large round penetrations. The pipe flashing fits various penetration sizes and can be cut as necessary to ensure a tight fit before installation.

UltraPly TPO Reinforced Split Pipe Boot

UltraPly TPO Reinforced Split Pipe Boots are factory-fabricated flashings. The Split tab design allows the boot to be used to flash pipe penetrations with limited or no access from above the penetration. This design eliminates the need to use unsupported flashing, reducing labor and increasing the performance of the detail and system.

UltraPly TPO Coated Metal

Elevate UltraPly TPO Coated Metal is made from a flexible non-reinforced thermoplastic polyolefin membrane, factory laminated to hot-dipped galvanized steel.

UltraPly QuickSeam Reinforced Perimeter Fastening (RPF) Strip

UltraPly QuickSeam Reinforced Perimeter Fastening Strip is made from UltraPly TPO membrane with a 3" (76 mm) wide tape factory laminated along one edge. It is used for non-penetrating flashings as specified in Elevate Specifications and Details.

UltraPly QuickSeam R.M.A Strip

UltraPly QuickSeam R.M.A Strip is a 10" (254 mm) wide UltraPly TPO membrane with two 3" (76 mm) wide strips of tape factory laminated to it along its length. It is used for roof membrane attachment beneath the UltraPly TPO membrane as additional membrane securement.

UltraPly TPO 8" Reinforced Cover Strip

This heat-weldable cover strip can be used for intermediate mechanical attachment on TPO systems, as well as stripping in UltraPly TPO XR membrane end laps.

Twin Jet

Twin Jet is a pressurized two-component, LVOC, low-rise polyurethane adhesive applied in a bead pattern for the attachment of Elevate-approved roof insulations. It may also be applied in bead or spatter pattern for the attachment of Elevate PVC XR, PVC KEE XR, or UltraPly TPO XR membranes to acceptable horizontal substrates, per Elevate specifications.

Twin Jet Y

Twin Jet Y is a pressurized, two-component, low-VOC, low-rise polyurethane adhesive approved for board-to-board applications and membrane attachment. It can be applied in bead or spatter pattern for the attachment of Elevate-approved roof insulations, as well as UltraPly TPO XR, PVC XR, PVC KEE XR, and MAX PVC XR membranes to acceptable horizontal substrates, in accordance with Elevate specifications. Twin Jet Y features an HFO propellant compliant with all U.S. state and Canadian regulations.

Jet Bond Spray Adhesive

Elevate Jet Bond LVOC sprayable bonding adhesive is designed to be portable and easy to use. It’s a versatile product that requires minimal flash off time. Jet Bond adheres to multiple TPO membranes including UltraPly™ TPO and UltraPly TPO XR, and UltraPly TPO Flex Adhered, and it works for vertical or horizontal applications. It’s perfect for contractors who are looking for a more convenient alternative to traditional roll-on applications.

UltraPly Bonding Adhesive

UltraPly Bonding Adhesive is a solvent-based contact adhesive designed specifically for bonding Elevate UltraPly TPO membranes to approved insulations, as well as to wood, metal, masonry, and other acceptable substrates. This product is not intended for use in adhering UltraPly TPO XR membranes.

Single-Ply LVOC Bonding Adhesive

Elevate Single-Ply LVOC Bonding Adhesive is a bonding adhesive designed for bonding RubberGard EPDM or UltraPly TPO membranes and flashings to wood, metal, masonry, and other acceptable substrates.

ISO Spray R Adhesive    

Elevate I.S.O. Spray R Adhesive is a two-component, LVOC, low-rise polyurethane adhesive. Elevate I.S.O. Spray R is mixed and dispensed by high or low-pressure pump/proportioning units capable of mix/meter/dispensing two-component polyurethanes in full spray application and/or continuous bead extrusion. Elevate I.S.O. Spray R may also be applied in a spatter-spray application using specialized equipment.

XR Stick

Elevate XR Stick adhesive is a two-component, LVOC, low-rise polyurethane adhesive designed to attach Elevate PVC XR, PVC, KEE XR, and UltraPly TPO XR, fleece-backed roofing membranes to a variety of acceptable substrates as allowed by Elevate specifications.

UltraPly TPO General Purpose Sealant

This high-quality sealant is for use in conjunction with Elevate UltraPly TPO Systems as a fastener sealer and TPO cut edge sealant or QuickSeam edge treatment, where required by Elevate details.

UltraPly TPO Clear Cut Edge Sealant

Elevate UltraPly TPO Clear Cut Edge Sealant is a polymer-based sealant used to seal all cut edges of UltraPly TPO Membrane where the polyester reinforcement is exposed. It is approved for use with all Elevate TPO membranes.

Pourable Sealer S-10 (Part A & Part B)

Pourable Sealer S-10 is designed for sealing penetration pockets used in conjunction with Elevate roof systems.

White One-Part Pourable Sealer

An easy-to-dispense White One-Part Pourable Sealer, packaged in resealable pouches, designed to seal penetrations inside penetration pockets where allowed by Elevate details. This liquid-applied membrane is suitable for roof flashings on TPO, EPDM, APP, SBS, and BUR roofs. It may be used to fill penetration pockets on PVC roofs (do not apply as a liquid flashing on PVC).

Lap Sealant HS

Elevate Lap Sealant HS is a low volatile organic compound (LVOC) sealant designed to be used with approved Elevate primers for seam edge treatment applications, and as a sealant in other applications as indicated by current Elevate Specifications and Details. Available in White and Black.

Single-Ply QuickPrime Primer

A solvent-based primer designed to clean and prime RubberGard EPDM membranes (Standard, Platinum, MAX, and EcoWhite) and UltraPly TPO membranes to receive QuickSeam tape products/accessories, where allowed by Elevate specifications and in accordance with state regulations.

Single-Ply LVOC Primer

Single-Ply LVOC Primer is a solvent-based primer designed to clean and prime RubberGard™ EPDM membranes (FR, LS-FR, Platinum™, MAX™, SA, EcoWhite™) and UltraPly™ TPO membranes (TPO standard, XR, SA, Platinum) to receive QuickSeam™ tape products/accessories where allowed by Elevate specifications and in accordance with state regulations. Single-Ply LVOC Primer VOC content does not exceed 250 grams per liter and can be used in air quality management districts with VOC limits of 250 grams per liter. Verify that local and state regulations allow the use of the solvents used in Single-Ply LVOC Primer in the given area independent of VOC regulations.

X-Tred Walkway Pad

The Elevate X-Tred Walkway Pad is a highly specialized UV resistant pad made from 100% TPO and designed to provide protection from essential rooftop services and traffic and maintain the integrity of the existing roof surface. X-Tred Walkway Pads can be installed loose-laid on top of the existing adhered TPO or EPDM roofing assemblies, making installation simple.

UltraPly TPO Walkway Pad

A reinforced walkway with a textured surface and a smooth bottom surface for easy welding to UltraPly TPO roof membrane. The walkway pad or an acceptable paver is required at all access points (ladders, hatches, doorways, etc.) and is recommended in areas where necessary rooftop traffic will occur to help protect the roofing system from damage.
