These AI Agentic tools Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the artificial intelligence–powered information tool (the “Tool”) made available by Amrize Building Envelope LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Tool is powered by artificial intelligence technology licensed from a third-party provider[CW1] . By accessing or using the Tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Tool
The Tool is provided to offer general, informational responses regarding the Company’s products and related publicly available information. The Tool is not intended to replace official Company documentation or professional judgment.
2. AI-Generated Content
The Tool uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on information made available to the Tool. Outputs are automatically generated and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Responses are provided for general informational purposes only.
3. No Professional Advice
Information provided by the Tool does not constitute engineering, architectural, roofing, construction, legal, or other professional advice. Use of the Tool does not create a professional, consulting, contractor, or services relationship between you and the Company.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the applicability of any information provided and for obtaining advice from qualified professionals as appropriate.
4. Not a Substitute for Official Documentation
AI-generated responses are not a substitute for the Company’s official product data sheets, installation instructions, technical bulletins, safety documentation, or warranty documents.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between information provided by the Tool and the Company’s official documentation, the Company’s official documentation shall control.
5. Building Codes and Regulatory Compliance

6. No Warranty Modification

13. Changes to These Terms
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
