As part of this ongoing effort, we are introducing several updates to our liquid-applied flashing solutions to support greater flexibility and application consistency in the field.
Please review the following updates:
1. New Liquid-Applied Flashings Application Guide:
The new Elevate Liquid-Applied Flashings Application Guide is now available to address all liquid flashing applications in conjunction with warranted Elevate roofing systems. This guide has replaced the One-Part Pourable Sealer Flashing Guide and the UltraFlash™ Liquid Flashing Guide.is now available to address all liquid flashing applications in conjunction with warranted Elevate roofing systems. 2. MAX™ PVC and AC Fast FR:
Elevate will now allow the use of AC Fast FR in qualifying warranted Elevate MAX PVC roofing systems. AC Fast FR will provide a liquid-applied alternative to pre-molded or field-fabricated PVC flashings in combination with new MAX PVC roof systems. The following details are provided for reference:

NOTES:
- Contractors not familiar with AC Fast FR must request a job-start up inspection through PIN prior to use on all membrane roofing systems.
- Contractors should reach out to local sales representatives for availability and pricing.
- AC Fast Primer is not required where directly applied to MAX PVC membrane.
- AC Fast FR applications are approved for new and aged MAX PVC membranes. In-service membranes must be cleaned and wiped with Elevate P-100 cleaner. Refer to the new Liquid-Applied Flashings Application Guide for more information.
3. UltraFlash™ One-Part Liquid Flashing Update:
For 20-Year Red Shield Warranties, the application requirements remain unchanged: a 90 mil, 3-course system with UltraFlash Fabric reinforcement.
Following the discontinuation of UltraFlash Two-Part Liquid Flashing, for 25-Year and 30-Year Red Shield Warranties, it is now acceptable to apply an additional 30-mil finish coat instead of the 5-course application on qualifying SBS and APP roofing systems. Please note, roof granules are required to broadcast into the fresh (wet) compound, which should match the surrounding roof surface.
