A fast-paced construction schedule and coordination across multiple trades called for a flexible approach to roofing installation at the new Celina High School in Celina, Ohio. Designed to serve students in grades 7 through 12, the new educational facility required a 132,744-square-foot roofing system that could be installed efficiently as construction progressed across multiple phases.
Cotterman & Company, Inc. (Cotterman) was tasked with installing an Elevate MAX™ PVC roofing system while navigating changing schedules, limited installation windows and ongoing construction activity. With multiple trades working simultaneously, careful coordination and timely access to roofing materials were essential to keeping the project moving forward.
