QuickSeam FormFlash

QuickSeam FormFlash consists of uncured FormFlash factory laminated to QuickSeam Tape. It is designed to flash inside and outside corners, pipes, penetration pockets, and other applications as required by Elevate Specifications and Details.

18" QuickSeam SA Flashing

QuickSeam SA Flashing is a non-reinforced RubberGard membrane fully laminated to Elevate QuickSeam Tape and can be used for curbs or parapets where flashing heights allow.

QuickSeam Curb Flashing

QuickSeam Curb Flashing is a non-reinforced RubberGard EPDM membrane with 3” (76.2 mm) wide tape factory laminated along one edge. The 3” (76.2 mm) tape portion is used to splice the QuickSeam Curb Flashing to the roof membrane. The balance of the QuickSeam Curb Flashing is applied to the vertical surface with an Elevate bonding adhesive to hold the membrane in place, then terminated using an approved termination detail..

QuickSeam Flashing

QuickSeam Flashing is an uncured EPDM flashing laminated to cured seam tape, used to flash gravel stops and other details as specified in Elevate Specifications and Details.

QuickSeam Joint Cover

QuickSeam Joint Cover is uncured FormFlash™ laminated to QuickSeam tape. A second 3” (76.2 mm) layer of tape is applied at the center and is a special uncured, flowable QuickSeam tape compound. The QuickSeam Joint Cover conforms to irregular surfaces such as encountered at “T” joints, readily providing an excellent seal.

QuickSeam Pipe Boot

QuickSeam Pipe Flashings are specifically designed to be used in roofing applications for flashing of round penetrations.

QuickSeam Conduit Flashing

Elevate QuickSeam Conduit Flashing is designed for flashing rigid round penetrations and conduits. Conduit Flashing will fit various-sized penetrations from ½” to 2 ½” (12.7 mm to 63.5 mm) and can be cut to the desired diameter before installation.

QuickSeam SA Patch For Conduit Flashing

18” x 18” Standard RubberGard EPDM membrane is factory-laminated to QuickSeam tape with a 3¼” diameter hole die-cut in the center. It can be used to flash the flange of QuickSeam Conduit Flashings in conjunction with RubberGard EPDM roofing systems as permitted by Elevate Specifications.

EPDM Solvent-Free Bonding Adhesive

Single-Ply LVOC Bonding Adhesive 1168 is formulated for special LVOC applications. It complies with SCAQMD Rule 1168 for low emitting materials and helps to meet LEED® requirements.

Jet Bond Spray Adhesive

Jet Bond Spray Adhesive is an LVOC bonding adhesive packaged in portable, pressurized canisters and formulated for two-sided spray application directly from the canister. Jet Bond provides excellent adhesion of Elevate RubberGard EPDM, EcoWhite EPDM, UltraPly TPO, and TPO XR roofing membranes and flashings to approved substrates in both horizontal and vertical applications.
